{"id":100019,"date":"2026-06-23T04:44:13","date_gmt":"2026-06-23T09:44:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=100019"},"modified":"2026-06-23T04:44:14","modified_gmt":"2026-06-23T09:44:14","slug":"senadora-martha-peralta-en-libertad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/senadora-martha-peralta-en-libertad\/","title":{"rendered":"Senadora Martha Peralta, en libertad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Sala de Instrucci\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema de Justicia concluy\u00f3 la indagatoria a la senadora Martha Peralta, vinculada formalmente a la investigaci\u00f3n por el esc\u00e1ndalo de corrupci\u00f3n en la Unidad Nacional para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres (UNGRD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diligencia se prolong\u00f3 durante varios d\u00edas y estuvo marcada por la pol\u00e9mica, luego de que la magistrada Cristina Lombana ordenara su conducci\u00f3n al alto tribunal con apoyo de la Dij\u00edn, tras no asistir inicialmente a la citaci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde entonces, la congresista permaneci\u00f3 en instalaciones de la Polic\u00eda Nacional mientras avanzaba el proceso. Concluida la indagatoria, recuperar\u00e1 la libertad mientras la Corte define su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica dentro de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al salir de la diligencia, Peralta asegur\u00f3 que siempre ha estado dispuesta a comparecer ante las autoridades y rechaz\u00f3 los se\u00f1alamientos en su contra. \u201cHan sido d\u00edas dif\u00edciles, no he visto a mis hijos, no pude votar.
