En su mensaje asegur\u00f3 que Colombia valora la amistad con Ucrania y est\u00e1 dispuesta a fortalecer la cooperaci\u00f3n en beneficio de ambas naciones. Adem\u00e1s, expres\u00f3 sus deseos de \u00ab\u00e9xito y prosperidad para el pueblo ucraniano\u00bb, en una de sus primeras comunicaciones oficiales con un jefe de Estado tras ser acreditado como presidente electo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El intercambio de mensajes se suma a otros pronunciamientos internacionales realizados por De La Espriella desde su victoria electoral, que comienzan a perfilar la orientaci\u00f3n de su pol\u00edtica exterior.
