En ese sentido, sostuvo que un eventual decreto para poner fin a los procesos de paz ser\u00eda contrario al ordenamiento constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLas decisiones sobre la paz no dependen de las posturas del presidente de la Rep\u00fablica. La paz total qued\u00f3 establecida como una pol\u00edtica de Estado. El presidente electo no podr\u00eda, v\u00eda decreto, terminar un proceso de paz porque ser\u00eda inconstitucional\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Montealegre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El exfiscal tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 al anuncio de De La Espriella de otorgar un plazo a los grupos armados ilegales para organizar su sometimiento a la justicia.
