{"id":100506,"date":"2026-07-05T04:22:44","date_gmt":"2026-07-05T09:22:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=100506"},"modified":"2026-07-05T04:22:45","modified_gmt":"2026-07-05T09:22:45","slug":"pedido-de-la-mision-de-observacion-electoral-al-congreso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/pedido-de-la-mision-de-observacion-electoral-al-congreso\/","title":{"rendered":"Pedido de la Misi\u00f3n de Observaci\u00f3n Electoral al Congreso"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Durante la presentaci\u00f3n de su informe preliminar sobre la segunda vuelta presidencial, la Misi\u00f3n de Observaci\u00f3n Electoral (MOE) inst\u00f3 al Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica a tramitar una ley estatutaria que reglamente la participaci\u00f3n en pol\u00edtica de los funcionarios p\u00fablicos, tal como lo ordena la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La organizaci\u00f3n sostuvo que es necesario establecer reglas claras sobre el alcance de esta participaci\u00f3n para brindar mayor seguridad jur\u00eddica y garantizar condiciones de equidad en los procesos electorales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa MOE hace un llamado al Congreso para que reglamente la participaci\u00f3n en pol\u00edtica de los funcionarios p\u00fablicos mediante una ley estatutaria, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por la Constituci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la entidad en el documento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La misi\u00f3n advirti\u00f3 que la ausencia de una regulaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica puede afectar el desarrollo de las contiendas electorales y generar ventajas indebidas para determinados sectores pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa ausencia de reglas precisas sobre esta materia puede generar desequilibrios en la competencia democr\u00e1tica, especialmente cuando se involucra el uso de investiduras, recursos p\u00fablicos o canales institucionales para influir en las decisiones del electorado\u201d, indic\u00f3 la MOE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, la organizaci\u00f3n reiter\u00f3 que la expedici\u00f3n de esta norma permitir\u00eda fijar l\u00edmites claros sobre la actuaci\u00f3n de los servidores p\u00fablicos durante las campa\u00f1as y fortalecer las garant\u00edas de transparencia, imparcialidad y equidad en los futuros procesos electorales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante la presentaci\u00f3n de su informe preliminar sobre la segunda vuelta presidencial, la Misi\u00f3n de Observaci\u00f3n Electoral (MOE) inst\u00f3 al Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica a tramitar una ley estatutaria que reglamente la participaci\u00f3n en pol\u00edtica de los funcionarios p\u00fablicos, tal como lo ordena la Constituci\u00f3n.
