La entidad respondi\u00f3 as\u00ed a los cuestionamientos formulados por la senadora Paloma Valencia, quien alert\u00f3 sobre posibles movimientos para acelerar la designaci\u00f3n de directores regionales y subdirectores de centros de formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la congresista, el proceso podr\u00eda limitar las decisiones de la pr\u00f3xima administraci\u00f3n del SENA, por lo que solicit\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n. Frente a estas afirmaciones, la entidad explic\u00f3 que la convocatoria fue abierta en agosto de 2023 y que se ha desarrollado bajo criterios de m\u00e9rito, sin ning\u00fan tipo de consideraci\u00f3n por filiaciones pol\u00edticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El SENA tambi\u00e9n indic\u00f3 que las pruebas de selecci\u00f3n fueron dise\u00f1adas y aplicadas de manera aut\u00f3noma por la Escuela Superior de Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (ESAP), mientras que la etapa de entrevistas contar\u00e1 con el acompa\u00f1amiento del Departamento Administrativo de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las observaciones realizadas por la Procuradur\u00eda han sido atendidas durante el desarrollo del proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad precis\u00f3 que la decisi\u00f3n definitiva sobre la designaci\u00f3n de los directores regionales y subdirectores de los centros de formaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 responsabilidad de la nueva administraci\u00f3n.
