{"id":100638,"date":"2026-07-08T07:11:39","date_gmt":"2026-07-08T12:11:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=100638"},"modified":"2026-07-08T07:11:40","modified_gmt":"2026-07-08T12:11:40","slug":"investigan-presuntas-irregularidades-en-compra-de-drones-para-la-policia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/investigan-presuntas-irregularidades-en-compra-de-drones-para-la-policia\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigan presuntas irregularidades en compra de drones para la Polic\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n disciplinaria contra varios funcionarios y exfuncionarios del Fondo Rotatorio de la Polic\u00eda Nacional (FORPO) y del Centro Integrado Policial Permanente Anticontrabando (CIPPA), por posibles irregularidades en el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de un contrato suscrito en 2022 para la adquisici\u00f3n de drones destinados a la Polic\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n involucra al coronel (r) Didier Alberto Estrada \u00c1lvarez, exdirector general del FORPO; a la capit\u00e1n Alejandra Sep\u00falveda Figueroa, quien se desempe\u00f1aba como coordinadora del CIPPA; al intendente Ismael de Aguas, entonces verificador de informaci\u00f3n de esa dependencia, y al mayor Edwin Arley Espejo Navarro, quien ejerc\u00eda como supervisor del contrato por parte del FORPO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00f3rgano de control busca establecer si durante el proceso para la compra de sistemas a\u00e9reos remotamente tripulados (SIART), cuyo valor super\u00f3 los 3.700 millones de pesos, se presentaron inconsistencias que comprometieran la legalidad del contrato. Entre los aspectos bajo revisi\u00f3n se encuentran los criterios utilizados para la selecci\u00f3n del contratista, los cuales habr\u00edan podido influir en el desarrollo de la contrataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la apertura de la investigaci\u00f3n, la Procuradur\u00eda adelantar\u00e1 la recolecci\u00f3n de pruebas para esclarecer c\u00f3mo se desarroll\u00f3 el proceso contractual y determinar si la actuaci\u00f3n de los funcionarios se ajust\u00f3 a sus deberes legales o si existieron conductas con posible relevancia disciplinaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad precis\u00f3 que el expediente se encuentra en etapa de investigaci\u00f3n, por lo que a\u00fan no se han formulado cargos. El prop\u00f3sito de esta fase es reunir los elementos probatorios necesarios para definir si hay m\u00e9rito para avanzar con un proceso disciplinario contra los funcionarios y exfuncionarios
