{"id":10084,"date":"2021-02-26T05:31:23","date_gmt":"2021-02-26T10:31:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=10084"},"modified":"2021-02-26T05:31:25","modified_gmt":"2021-02-26T10:31:25","slug":"asi-le-fue-a-neiva-en-el-dia-sin-carro-y-sin-moto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/asi-le-fue-a-neiva-en-el-dia-sin-carro-y-sin-moto\/","title":{"rendered":"As\u00ed le fue a Neiva en el D\u00eda sin Carro y sin Moto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Neiva disfrut\u00f3 del primer d\u00eda sin carro y moto<\/strong>&nbsp;del a\u00f1o establecido en el Decreto 0873 de 2020 por la administraci\u00f3n municipal, Primero Neiva, a trav\u00e9s del cual se busca&nbsp;<strong>disminuir los \u00edndices de ruido y emisi\u00f3n de gases contaminantes<\/strong>, as\u00ed como incentivar el uso de medios alternativos de transporte, como la bicicleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La jornada denominada \u2018Mu\u00e9vete en bici por Neiva\u2019 dej\u00f3 un balance positivo seg\u00fan el reporte de los diferentes puntos de control establecidos en sitios estrat\u00e9gicos de la ciudad. \u201cMas de 3160 bicicletas fueron contabilizadas una por una, dando un resultado muy positivo en torno a que la gente nos colabor\u00f3 en el d\u00eda sin carro y sin moto; y con bicicletas, patinetas y caminando, la gente sal\u00eda a apoyarnos en esta noble actividad\u201d, resalt\u00f3 Octavio Cabrera, secretario de Medio Ambiente de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pese a que la actividad&nbsp;<strong>se realiz\u00f3 de manera pedag\u00f3gica con el fin de no afectar a la comunidad&nbsp;<\/strong>teniendo en cuenta las dem\u00e1s&nbsp;<strong>restricciones vigentes por la pandemia<\/strong>, se resalta la participaci\u00f3n activa en la jordana de un importante n\u00famero de personas que hicieron uso de la bicicleta principalmente en horas de la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s<strong>&nbsp;se realizaron charlas pedag\u00f3gicas con quienes no adoptaron la medida<\/strong>&nbsp;con el fin de incentivar su participaci\u00f3n en las pr\u00f3ximas jornadas establecidas para el presente a\u00f1o. \u201cTuvimos 4 puntos b\u00e1sicos de control en donde los agentes de tr\u00e1nsito y el personal de seguridad y educaci\u00f3n vial realizaron toda la actividad de sensibilizaci\u00f3n, todas esas personas sensibilizadas, m\u00e1s o menos entre 70 y 80 en cada punto, aspiramos calar en su consiente para que participen activamente en los otras que faltan este a\u00f1o\u201d, dijo por su parte el secretario de Movilidad, Elberto Garavito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La jornada permiti\u00f3 identificar que<strong>&nbsp;el centro es el sector m\u00e1s ruidoso de la ciudad, con niveles por encima de los permitidos,&nbsp;<\/strong>mientras que&nbsp;<strong>el m\u00e1s silencioso es el sector aleda\u00f1o al centro comercial Unicentro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La invitaci\u00f3n es que las personas sigan participando de estas jornadas en pro de mejorar el medio ambiente y la generaci\u00f3n de una movilidad sostenible.
