{"id":100865,"date":"2026-07-13T03:39:54","date_gmt":"2026-07-13T08:39:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=100865"},"modified":"2026-07-13T04:06:06","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T09:06:06","slug":"petro-prohibe-uso-de-instalaciones-militares-y-policiales-para-la-posesion-de-de-la-espriella","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/petro-prohibe-uso-de-instalaciones-militares-y-policiales-para-la-posesion-de-de-la-espriella\/","title":{"rendered":"Petro proh\u00edbe uso de instalaciones militares y policiales para la posesi\u00f3n de De la Espriella"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente Gustavo Petro orden\u00f3 que ninguna instalaci\u00f3n militar o policial sea utilizada para la ceremonia de posesi\u00f3n del presidente electo, Abelardo de la Espriella, programada para el pr\u00f3ximo 7 de agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n fue anunciada por el mandatario a trav\u00e9s de su cuenta en la red social X, donde argument\u00f3 que, hasta el momento en que el nuevo jefe de Estado tome juramento ante el Congreso, \u00e9l contin\u00faa siendo el comandante supremo de las Fuerzas Militares y conserva la autoridad sobre todos los establecimientos castrenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abLos cuarteles militares y policiales est\u00e1n bajo mis \u00f3rdenes hasta el momento que el nuevo presidente jure y, por tanto, hasta ese momento soy el comandante supremo de las Fuerzas Militares. Ning\u00fan oficial da el saludo militar a un civil sino cuando este sea su comandante supremo\u00bb, escribi\u00f3 Petro, al justificar la orden de impedir que esas instalaciones sean escenario de actos relacionados con la transmisi\u00f3n del poder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El jefe de Estado sostuvo que la instrucci\u00f3n se fundamenta en las facultades que le otorgan la Constituci\u00f3n y la ley. \u00abLuego, en servicio de mis facultades constitucionales y legales, ordeno que ning\u00fan establecimiento militar sirva para una posesi\u00f3n de un presidente de la Rep\u00fablica de Colombia\u00bb, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, Petro reiter\u00f3 que la transmisi\u00f3n del mando presidencial debe realizarse conforme al procedimiento establecido en la Constituci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan el cual el presidente electo adquiere formalmente esa condici\u00f3n \u00fanicamente al posesionarse ante el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica reunido en sesi\u00f3n plenaria. \u00abLa transmisi\u00f3n del mando al nuevo presidente es bajo las leyes de la Rep\u00fablica y la Constituci\u00f3n, y esas normas establecen que el presidente se posesiona ante el Congreso en sesi\u00f3n plena\u00bb, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente Gustavo Petro orden\u00f3 que ninguna instalaci\u00f3n militar o policial sea utilizada para la ceremonia de posesi\u00f3n del presidente electo, Abelardo de la Espriella, programada para el pr\u00f3ximo 7 de agosto.
