{"id":101191,"date":"2026-07-20T04:46:12","date_gmt":"2026-07-20T09:46:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=101191"},"modified":"2026-07-20T04:46:13","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T09:46:13","slug":"gobierno-radicara-seis-proyectos-de-ley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/gobierno-radicara-seis-proyectos-de-ley\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno radicar\u00e1 seis proyectos de ley"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ministro de Trabajo, Antonio Sanguino, anunci\u00f3 que por instrucci\u00f3n del presidente Gustavo Petro, el Gobierno Nacional radicar\u00e1 este 20 de julio, durante la instalaci\u00f3n del nuevo periodo legislativo del Congreso, seis proyectos de ley orientados a ampliar los derechos laborales y fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n de los trabajadores en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El funcionario explic\u00f3 que las iniciativas hacen parte de la agenda del Ejecutivo para promover el trabajo digno y avanzar en la formalizaci\u00f3n del empleo. Entre los proyectos se encuentra el Estatuto del Trabajo y Salario Vital, que busca convertir en ley el c\u00e1lculo del salario vital para garantizar que los ingresos de los trabajadores cubran necesidades b\u00e1sicas como alimentaci\u00f3n, vivienda, salud, educaci\u00f3n y transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1n presentadas una reforma a la composici\u00f3n de las Juntas de Calificaci\u00f3n de Invalidez; un proyecto para fortalecer el sistema sancionatorio de la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar; la ratificaci\u00f3n de convenios internacionales de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), incluido el Convenio sobre el Trabajo Mar\u00edtimo (MLC), el Convenio 187 sobre seguridad y salud en el trabajo y el Convenio 193, enfocado en regular el trabajo digno en plataformas digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La agenda legislativa se complementa con un proyecto sobre jornal y contrato agrario, mediante el cual el Gobierno pretende impulsar la formalizaci\u00f3n laboral y garantizar mejores condiciones de trabajo para los trabajadores del campo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sanguino afirm\u00f3 que, aunque el actual Gobierno entra en su etapa final, el Ministerio de Trabajo acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 el tr\u00e1mite de estas iniciativas en el Congreso junto con los legisladores de la denominada Alianza por la Vida del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El ministro de Trabajo, Antonio Sanguino, anunci\u00f3 que por instrucci\u00f3n del presidente Gustavo Petro, el Gobierno Nacional radicar\u00e1 este 20 de julio, durante la instalaci\u00f3n del nuevo periodo legislativo del Congreso, seis proyectos de ley orientados a ampliar los derechos laborales y fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n de los trabajadores en el pa\u00eds.
