Mientras algunos legisladores consideran que actualmente no existen las condiciones necesarias para desarrollar el acto protocolario en esa regi\u00f3n, otros defienden la propuesta al se\u00f1alar que representa un mensaje de descentralizaci\u00f3n y de respaldo a los territorios afectados por la violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre los principales desaf\u00edos se encuentran el traslado de las delegaciones internacionales y de los invitados especiales, as\u00ed como la movilizaci\u00f3n de los 285 congresistas que asistir\u00edan a la ceremonia. Para ello ser\u00eda necesario disponer de aeronaves de gran capacidad y coordinar con anticipaci\u00f3n la log\u00edstica diplom\u00e1tica y de transporte, procesos que a\u00fan no se habr\u00edan formalizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A estas dificultades se suman las condiciones operativas del aeropuerto Guillermo Le\u00f3n Valencia, de Popay\u00e1n, que recientemente ha registrado afectaciones por factores clim\u00e1ticos, situaci\u00f3n que podr\u00eda complicar la llegada de las delegaciones.
