{"id":10147,"date":"2021-03-01T07:31:33","date_gmt":"2021-03-01T12:31:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=10147"},"modified":"2021-03-01T07:31:35","modified_gmt":"2021-03-01T12:31:35","slug":"mas-de-58-000-colombianos-en-el-registro-de-enfermedades-huerfanas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/mas-de-58-000-colombianos-en-el-registro-de-enfermedades-huerfanas\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s de 58.000 colombianos en el registro de enfermedades hu\u00e9rfanas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Ministerio de Salud define como enfermedades hu\u00e9rfanas aquellas cr\u00f3nicamente debilitantes, graves, que amenazan la vida y con una prevalencia menor de una por cada 5.000 personas; abarcan las enfermedades raras, las ultra hu\u00e9rfanas y las olvidadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEstas enfermedades son un grupo de complejas patolog\u00edas heterog\u00e9neas, la mayor\u00eda cr\u00f3nicas e incapacitantes que por su baja frecuencia causan dificultades en el diagn\u00f3stico, al tener manifestaciones cl\u00ednicas inusuales, demorando un adecuado tratamiento y rehabilitaci\u00f3n\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Nubia Bautista, subdirectora de Enfermedades No Transmisibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal escenario, conduce a muertes prematuras o a complicaciones tempranas con un deterioro progresivo, impactando la calidad de vida de quienes las padecen y de sus familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el registro de personas con enfermedades hu\u00e9rfanas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Actualmente existen 58.564 personas reportadas, de las cuales el 56,4% corresponde a mujeres y 43,2% a hombres.<\/li><li>El 32,4% (18.983) de las personas reportadas al registro de personas con enfermedades hu\u00e9rfanas son menores de 20 a\u00f1os.<\/li><li>La esclerosis m\u00faltiple, enfermedad de Von Willebrand, d\u00e9ficit cong\u00e9nito del facto VIII y el s\u00edndrome de Guillain Barre, concentran el 21,2% de las patolog\u00edas reportadas, siendo las dos primeras m\u00e1s comunes en mujeres y las dos restantes en hombres.<\/li><li>El 51,7% de las personas reportadas se ubican en las entidades territoriales de Antioquia, el distrito de Bogot\u00e1 y el Valle del Cauca.<br><br><strong>Acciones<\/strong><br><br>La agenda p\u00fablica en salud ha priorizado la atenci\u00f3n integral de las personas con enfermedades hu\u00e9rfanas. Es as\u00ed como durante el 2020, con el apoyo de la academia, se realizaron seis paneles de expertos para analizar las nominaciones de inclusi\u00f3n de nuevas enfermedades con el objetivo de actualizar el Listado Nacional de Enfermedades Hu\u00e9rfanas<br><br>Por otra parte, se contin\u00faa avanzando en la reglamentaci\u00f3n de la Mesa Nacional de Enfermedades Hu\u00e9rfanas, como espacio de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y posicionamiento de esta prioridad en la agenda p\u00fablica<br><br>En otros avances, se incluy\u00f3 la consulta sobre condici\u00f3n de enfermedad hu\u00e9rfana en la plataforma \u00abMi seguridad social\u00bb, de manera que cualquier ciudadano pueda conocer si se encuentra en el Registro Nacional de Personas con Enfermedades Hu\u00e9rfanas<br><br>Finalmente, la subdirectora de Enfermedades No Transmisibles, aclar\u00f3 que se ha estructurado un Plan Nacional de Gesti\u00f3n para la Enfermedades Hu\u00e9rfanas para los pr\u00f3ximos 10 a\u00f1os, que define las prioridades de pol\u00edtica hacia el cual apunta el pa\u00eds a fin de garantizar el derecho a la salud de las personas
