{"id":10177,"date":"2021-03-03T07:49:52","date_gmt":"2021-03-03T12:49:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=10177"},"modified":"2021-03-03T07:49:53","modified_gmt":"2021-03-03T12:49:53","slug":"proyecto-de-vivienda-en-el-sur-de-neiva-sera-realidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/proyecto-de-vivienda-en-el-sur-de-neiva-sera-realidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Proyecto de vivienda en el sur de Neiva ser\u00e1 realidad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal revivir\u00e1 el&nbsp;<strong>proyecto de inter\u00e9s social Villa Marina<\/strong>, abandonado desde hace seis a\u00f1os por los gobiernos de turno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto liderado por la constructora Argeco S.A.S., y avalado por la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva y el sector cooperativo solidario Asoocoph, tiene como prop\u00f3sito brindarles a los neivanos<strong>&nbsp;apartamentos de inter\u00e9s social incluyentes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDesde el inicio de su Administraci\u00f3n, el Se\u00f1or Alcalde ha tenido total inter\u00e9s en&nbsp;<strong>revivir el proyecto de vivienda de inter\u00e9s social Villa Marina,<\/strong>&nbsp;donde las familias hacen un aporte y tienen el subsidio de la Caja de Compensaci\u00f3n, el municipio hace otro aporte y finalmente hacen un cierre financiero; es importante tener en cuenta los requisitos, como el ahorro programado\u201d, indic\u00f3 Esperanza Monta\u00f1o, secretaria de Vivienda y H\u00e1bitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Descripci\u00f3n del proyecto<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto en su primera etapa contar\u00e1 con&nbsp;<strong>360 apartamentos compuestos por 6 torres de 10 pisos, 60 apartamentos por cada torre<\/strong>. La segunda etapa ser\u00e1 de 300 apartamentos, y tendr\u00e1 piscina, zona social y parqueadero, ubicado en la Avenida In\u00e9s Garc\u00eda de Dur\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon la ayuda del alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n, quien replante\u00f3 reactivar el proyecto que estaba en el olvido,&nbsp;<strong>hemos tenido una gesti\u00f3n del sector cooperativo para desarrollar el proyecto<\/strong>, que cuenta con dos etapas: 360 apartamentos la primera etapa y 300 la segunda\u201d,<br>precis\u00f3 Javier Ahumada, representante de la empresa Argeco S.A.S.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal revivir\u00e1 el&nbsp;proyecto de inter\u00e9s social Villa Marina, abandonado desde hace seis a\u00f1os por los gobiernos de turno.
