La Alcald\u00eda de Neiva realiz\u00f3 la segunda mesa sectorial de concertaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n ciudadana para avanzar en la construcci\u00f3n del nuevo Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial (POT), un espacio que reuni\u00f3 a l\u00edderes de las diferentes comunas, expertos y representantes de distintos sectores de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la jornada, desarrollada en la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Neiva, se analizaron asuntos relacionados con los servicios p\u00fablicos, equipamiento, movilidad y espacio p\u00fablico, a partir de las necesidades y problem\u00e1ticas identificadas en diferentes zonas del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El encuentro cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de expertos en agua potable y saneamiento b\u00e1sico, gas y energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, quienes entregaron aportes t\u00e9cnicos para complementar el diagn\u00f3stico territorial e identificar las principales necesidades y oportunidades que deber\u00e1n ser contempladas en el nuevo POT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La actividad se desarroll\u00f3 de manera articulada con el equipo de la Universidad Nacional, permitiendo integrar los conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos de los especialistas con las experiencias, necesidades y propuestas planteadas por los l\u00edderes comunitarios. Seg\u00fan el director del Departamento Administrativo de Planeaci\u00f3n, Camilo G\u00f3mez Segura, este ejercicio permite construir soluciones que respondan a las necesidades reales del territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La agenda de participaci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 con el Foro de Vivienda<\/strong>, que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en el Sal\u00f3n Empresarial de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Neiva. En horas de la tarde, el equipo de Planeaci\u00f3n se trasladar\u00e1 a la comuna 5 para continuar el proceso de diagn\u00f3stico y participaci\u00f3n con sus habitantes y l\u00edderes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el fin de semana, las jornadas llegar\u00e1n a los corregimientos de San Luis, Chapinero y Aipecito<\/strong>, con el prop\u00f3sito de incorporar las necesidades y propuestas de las comunidades rurales.
