{"id":102591,"date":"2026-08-22T04:41:59","date_gmt":"2026-08-22T09:41:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=102591"},"modified":"2026-08-22T04:42:00","modified_gmt":"2026-08-22T09:42:00","slug":"restablecimiento-de-la-movilidad-en-carreteras-nacionales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/restablecimiento-de-la-movilidad-en-carreteras-nacionales\/","title":{"rendered":"Restablecimiento de la movilidad en carreteras nacionales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ministra de Transporte, <strong>Elsa Noguera<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que el Gobierno Nacional ha logrado recuperar el <strong>86 % de la red vial nacional afectada por el terremoto<\/strong>, aunque reconoci\u00f3 que todav\u00eda persisten varios puntos cr\u00edticos que requieren intervenci\u00f3n para restablecer por completo la movilidad en las zonas afectadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El anuncio fue realizado desde <strong>Aracataca, Magdalena<\/strong>, donde la funcionaria explic\u00f3 que el principal desaf\u00edo se mantiene en algunos corredores estrat\u00e9gicos, entre ellos la v\u00eda <strong>Buga-Buenaventura<\/strong>, una de las m\u00e1s importantes para la econom\u00eda nacional debido a que por este corredor se moviliza cerca del <strong>40 % del comercio internacional del pa\u00eds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque en esta carretera ya se han habilitado pasos a un carril, el objetivo de las autoridades es recuperar completamente su capacidad. La ministra asegur\u00f3 que continuar\u00e1n los trabajos en los diferentes puntos afectados para garantizar la movilidad de las comunidades y el transporte de productos y ayudas hacia las regiones damnificadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noguera tambi\u00e9n se refiri\u00f3 a los casos de veh\u00edculos que transportaban ayudas humanitarias y que fueron sometidos a controles de peso o recibieron sanciones durante la emergencia. La funcionaria reconoci\u00f3 que algunos concesionarios no actuaron con la rapidez necesaria ante la situaci\u00f3n y destac\u00f3 la importancia de facilitar el paso de las donaciones destinadas a las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, el Ministerio de Transporte solicit\u00f3 a los concesionarios <strong>abstenerse de cobrar peajes, realizar controles de peso o imponer sanciones a los veh\u00edculos que transporten ayudas humanitarias<\/strong> hacia las zonas afectadas.
