La Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad, adelant\u00f3 trabajos de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n vial en las v\u00edas aleda\u00f1as a la sede Rafael Azuero Manchola de la Instituci\u00f3n Educativa T\u00e9cnico IPC Andr\u00e9s Rosa, ubicada en la comuna 8. La intervenci\u00f3n busca mejorar la seguridad de los estudiantes y peatones en los horarios de ingreso y salida escolar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las labores incluyeron la demarcaci\u00f3n de zonas escolares, pasos peatonales y \u00e1reas de tr\u00e1fico calmado, con el prop\u00f3sito de reducir la velocidad de los veh\u00edculos y prevenir siniestros viales en este sector de la ciudad. La estrategia tambi\u00e9n contempla la implementaci\u00f3n de zonas 30 y otras medidas para ordenar la movilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La secretaria de Movilidad, Edna Johanna Cruz Bonilla, explic\u00f3 que estas acciones hacen parte de un plan que se extender\u00e1 a otros puntos estrat\u00e9gicos de Neiva, entre ellos sectores del microcentro, como la carrera S\u00e9ptima, y el oriente de la ciudad, en la carrera 34 con calle Octava. Las intervenciones ser\u00e1n complementadas con campa\u00f1as pedag\u00f3gicas dirigidas a los diferentes actores viales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Habitantes y l\u00edderes de la comuna 8 destacaron la importancia de la nueva se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n, al considerar que contribuir\u00e1 a que conductores y motociclistas reduzcan la velocidad en una zona con alta presencia de ni\u00f1os y estudiantes. La comunidad se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las obras responden a compromisos y gestiones realizadas previamente ante la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva hizo un llamado a conductores, motociclistas y peatones para respetar la nueva se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n. Las autoridades recomendaron no estacionar ni obstaculizar los cruces peatonales y utilizar adecuadamente las zonas demarcadas, con el objetivo de fortalecer la seguridad vial y reducir los riesgos de accidentes en las calles de la capital huilense.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
