{"id":102857,"date":"2026-08-28T10:15:39","date_gmt":"2026-08-28T15:15:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=102857"},"modified":"2026-08-28T10:15:40","modified_gmt":"2026-08-28T15:15:40","slug":"detenidos-presuntos-piromanos-en-el-tolima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/detenidos-presuntos-piromanos-en-el-tolima\/","title":{"rendered":"Detenidos presuntos pir\u00f3manos en el Tolima"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un juez Penal Municipal con Funci\u00f3n de Control de Garant\u00edas envi\u00f3 a prisi\u00f3n de manera preventiva a dos hombres se\u00f1alados de presuntamente provocar un incendio forestal en el departamento del Tolima, una de las regiones del pa\u00eds m\u00e1s afectadas actualmente por las emergencias causadas por el fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los procesados fueron identificados como Julio C\u00e9sar Morales Herrera y Leonidas Merjado Hurtado, quienes son investigados por un incendio registrado el pasado 25 de agosto en la vereda Guacamaya, zona rural del municipio de Dolores, en el suroriente del Tolima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, uniformados de la Polic\u00eda Nacional encontraron a los dos hombres presuntamente avivando las llamas durante unas quemas no autorizadas, situaci\u00f3n que habr\u00eda generado afectaciones adicionales sobre especies silvestres de la zona. El Cuerpo Oficial de Bomberos logr\u00f3 controlar y extinguir el incendio antes de que se propagara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este no ser\u00eda un hecho aislado, pues el 24 de julio las mismas personas habr\u00edan sido requeridas por las autoridades por una situaci\u00f3n similar y, en esa oportunidad, recibieron una advertencia sobre la prohibici\u00f3n de continuar realizando este tipo de pr\u00e1cticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por estos hechos, una fiscal de la Seccional Tolima les imput\u00f3 los delitos de incendio y deforestaci\u00f3n.
