La primera contempla incentivos para promover el ahorro de energ\u00eda entre los usuarios, quienes podr\u00e1n recibir beneficios en su factura si reducen su consumo mensual en m\u00e1s de un 10 % frente a su meta individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con el presidente, los usuarios que superen su meta de consumo en m\u00e1s de un 10 % tendr\u00e1n un cobro adicional. No obstante, precis\u00f3 que los usuarios regulados de los municipios afectados por el terremoto estar\u00e1n exentos de la aplicaci\u00f3n de este esquema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La segunda medida est\u00e1 enfocada en garantizar la generaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica necesaria, preservar las reservas de los embalses y reducir el riesgo de desabastecimiento durante el periodo de menor disponibilidad h\u00eddrica. El Gobierno tambi\u00e9n asegur\u00f3 que la estrategia busca evitar incrementos desbordados en las tarifas y proteger especialmente a las regiones con mayor exposici\u00f3n al riesgo, como el Caribe y el Choc\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque reconoci\u00f3 que algunos usuarios podr\u00edan registrar incrementos en sus facturas, De la Espriella asegur\u00f3 que el precio promedio nacional ser\u00e1 inferior al que los colombianos habr\u00edan tenido que pagar bajo el esquema anterior.
