Esta vez, las alertas se encendieron en el Departamento de Prosperidad Social (DPS), donde se adelanta una revisi\u00f3n de contratos, recursos y otros instrumentos financieros que quedaron de la anterior administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan confirm\u00f3 el vocero del Gobierno, Miller Soto, en el DPS fueron identificados cerca de <strong>1 bill\u00f3n de pesos en fiducias, convenios y otros instrumentos<\/strong> que estar\u00edan pendientes de aclaraci\u00f3n o legalizaci\u00f3n. El funcionario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estos recursos hacen parte de los asuntos que est\u00e1n siendo revisados por las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A esto se suman <strong>m\u00e1s de 900 contratos de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios<\/strong> cuya necesidad, seg\u00fan el Gobierno, no habr\u00eda sido verificada. Soto tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 contratos de altos montos cuya ejecuci\u00f3n se habr\u00eda concentrado durante la campa\u00f1a presidencial, adem\u00e1s de donaciones realizadas durante el primer semestre de 2026 sin suficiente claridad sobre sus beneficiarios finales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cContrataron, entregaron donaciones, dejaron recursos en fiducias y multiplicaron contratos\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Soto, quien agreg\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n bajo revisi\u00f3n algunos nombramientos para establecer si los funcionarios designados cumpl\u00edan con los requisitos legales exigidos para ocupar sus cargos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El vocero precis\u00f3 que las investigaciones se encuentran en <strong>etapa de verificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y que se respetar\u00e1 el debido proceso para determinar si existe responsabilidad fiscal, disciplinaria, administrativa o penal. \u201cSi se establece que se desviaron recursos o se los apropiaron, el Gobierno del presidente Abelardo de la Espriella har\u00e1 uso de todos los instrumentos legales que est\u00e9n disponibles para recuperarlos y para hacer que los responsables respondan y paguen las consecuencias\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno de Abelardo De La Espriella report\u00f3 nuevos presuntos hallazgos de irregularidades en una de las entidades del Estado.
