Con el prop\u00f3sito de reducir los tiempos de espera y facilitar el acceso a los servicios dirigidos a las personas con discapacidad, la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva<\/strong> fortaleci\u00f3 la capacidad para adelantar los procesos de valoraci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n. Actualmente, el Municipio dispone de 1.500 cupos<\/strong>, mientras cerca de 900 personas<\/strong> permanecen en lista de espera a la espera de avanzar hacia la valoraci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Secretar\u00eda de Salud explic\u00f3 que para atender esta demanda se cuenta tanto con recursos propios de la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal como con recursos del Ministerio de Salud y Protecci\u00f3n Social<\/strong>, asignados desde febrero de este a\u00f1o y habilitados en septiembre en la plataforma SISPRO. La disponibilidad de estos recursos permiti\u00f3 comenzar con las autorizaciones necesarias para ampliar la atenci\u00f3n y avanzar en los tr\u00e1mites que permanec\u00edan pendientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uno de los principales llamados est\u00e1 dirigido a las personas que presentaron su documentaci\u00f3n durante 2025<\/strong> y todav\u00eda no han completado el proceso. El pasado 7 de septiembre se desarroll\u00f3 una jornada especial para este grupo, pero la asistencia fue menor a la esperada: de las personas convocadas, 31 acudieron y 69 a\u00fan est\u00e1n pendientes<\/strong>. La Secretar\u00eda de Salud record\u00f3 que algunos ciudadanos no asistieron a las citas previamente asignadas o no pudieron ser contactados con la informaci\u00f3n suministrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quienes hayan radicado sus documentos en 2025 y no hayan participado en la jornada pueden acercarse de lunes a viernes a la ventanilla SAC del tercer piso de la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva<\/strong> para conocer el estado de su tr\u00e1mite y recibir orientaci\u00f3n sobre los pasos que deben seguir. Para las personas con movilidad reducida est\u00e1 disponible el m\u00f3dulo de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud ubicado en el primer piso de la Alcald\u00eda, en la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda, donde tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n recibir acompa\u00f1amiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mientras se atienden los casos pendientes, la Secretar\u00eda de Salud tambi\u00e9n comenz\u00f3 a contactar a las personas que realizaron sus solicitudes durante 2026<\/strong>, siguiendo el orden establecido en la lista de espera. La entidad pidi\u00f3 mantener actualizados y activos los n\u00fameros telef\u00f3nicos y correos electr\u00f3nicos suministrados al momento de la radicaci\u00f3n y asistir a las citas una vez sean confirmadas. Para solicitar la certificaci\u00f3n se debe presentar documento de identidad, historia cl\u00ednica o soporte m\u00e9dico con el diagn\u00f3stico y datos de contacto actualizados; los documentos tambi\u00e9n pueden enviarse a certificaci\u00f3n.discapacidad@alcaldia-neiva.gov.co<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
