{"id":103543,"date":"2026-09-14T15:04:23","date_gmt":"2026-09-14T20:04:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=103543"},"modified":"2026-09-14T15:04:24","modified_gmt":"2026-09-14T20:04:24","slug":"corte-indaga-a-ivan-cepeda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/corte-indaga-a-ivan-cepeda\/","title":{"rendered":"Corte indaga a Iv\u00e1n Cepeda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Sala Especial de Instrucci\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema de Justicia abri\u00f3 una indagaci\u00f3n previa contra el senador Iv\u00e1n Cepeda Castro para determinar si se presentaron posibles irregularidades en la financiaci\u00f3n de la consulta interna del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico, realizada en octubre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante esa jornada, Cepeda se impuso en la consulta y fue elegido como candidato del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico para las elecciones presidenciales de 2026. Ahora, la Corte busca establecer si los recursos utilizados para financiar este proceso se ajustaron a las normas vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La investigaci\u00f3n fue iniciada de oficio por la Sala de Instrucci\u00f3n, que orden\u00f3 la pr\u00e1ctica de diferentes pruebas y la toma de declaraciones. Estas actuaciones hacen parte de la etapa preliminar del proceso y buscan recopilar elementos que permitan establecer si existieron irregularidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El alto tribunal pretende determinar, espec\u00edficamente, si alrededor de la financiaci\u00f3n de la consulta pudieron presentarse hechos que eventualmente tengan relevancia penal o que est\u00e9n relacionados con posibles actos de corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La apertura de una indagaci\u00f3n previa <strong>no significa que exista una decisi\u00f3n sobre la responsabilidad del senador Iv\u00e1n Cepeda<\/strong>.
