{"id":1036,"date":"2020-02-04T09:09:06","date_gmt":"2020-02-04T14:09:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=1036"},"modified":"2020-02-04T09:09:07","modified_gmt":"2020-02-04T14:09:07","slug":"mujer-detenida-por-orden-judicial-en-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/mujer-detenida-por-orden-judicial-en-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Mujer detenida por orden judicial en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva en cabeza de su grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal SIJIN, logr\u00f3 la <strong>captura de una persona por orden judicial. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es as\u00ed como uniformados de la Seccional de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal SIJIN, hicieron efectiva en la Carrera 4 una orden de captura vigente en contra de Andy Vanessa Soto, de 28 a\u00f1os de edad, residente en el barrio Ventilador,  quien era requerida por el delito de Trafico, fabricaci\u00f3n o porte de estupefacientes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta persona fue capturada en momentos en los cuales se adelantaba plan de registro y solicitud de antecedentes en el centro de la ciudad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mujer detenida; fue <strong>dejada a disposici\u00f3n de un Juez de Control de Garant\u00edas<\/strong>, quien determino cobijarla con medida de aseguramiento de detenci\u00f3n privativa en su lugar de residencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con informaci\u00f3n y foto de la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva en cabeza de su grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal SIJIN, logr\u00f3 la captura de una persona por orden judicial.
