Los recursos fueron incluidos entre los ajustes solicitados al Ministerio de Hacienda para el presupuesto de la cartera en 2027, seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 la ministra de Salud, Ana Mar\u00eda Vesga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La funcionaria se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la cifra corresponde al consolidado de la evaluaci\u00f3n realizada en los territorios afectados y contempla diferentes tipos de intervenci\u00f3n. \u201cEste es un valor que desde el Ministerio de Salud ya informamos al Ministerio de Hacienda y que est\u00e1 incluido dentro de los ajustes que hemos solicitado para el presupuesto del Ministerio de Salud 2027: 1,9 billones\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Vesga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con el balance presentado por la ministra, <strong>19 instituciones de salud deber\u00e1n ser reconstruidas<\/strong>, con una inversi\u00f3n cercana a $900.000 millones y una intervenci\u00f3n estimada de 106.000 metros cuadrados. Adem\u00e1s, 100 instituciones requieren adecuaciones mayores, con recursos calculados en $582.000 millones, mientras que otras 339 necesitan obras menores, cuyo costo ascender\u00eda a $412.000 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A estas necesidades se suma la recuperaci\u00f3n de la dotaci\u00f3n biom\u00e9dica de <strong>30 instituciones<\/strong>, con una inversi\u00f3n aproximada de $35.000 millones. Vesga asegur\u00f3 que la emergencia provocada por el sismo constituye la mayor afectaci\u00f3n a la infraestructura hospitalaria registrada en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, al compararla con eventos como el fen\u00f3meno de El Ni\u00f1o de 2010 y 2011, el hurac\u00e1n Iota, el Frente Fr\u00edo y el terremoto de Armenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En total, el Ministerio de Salud report\u00f3 <strong>440 afectaciones a la infraestructura hospitalaria<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de 4.517 personas heridas y 330 fallecidas. Tambi\u00e9n fueron habilitados 74 albergues como alojamientos para 3.164 personas, mientras que se registraron afectaciones en diez centros de acopio de vacunas y ocho laboratorios de salud p\u00fablica.
