Entre los internos trasladados se encuentran pol\u00edticos, exintegrantes del extinto DAS y miembros de grupos disidentes, algunos de los cuales permanec\u00edan recluidos en casas fiscales o guarniciones militares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con Mar\u00edn, estas medidas env\u00edan un mensaje dentro del sistema penitenciario sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n de las normas de reclusi\u00f3n. La funcionaria sostuvo que con los traslados se reafirma el principio de que <strong>\u201cnadie est\u00e1 por encima de la ley\u201d<\/strong>, al tiempo que se busca que las condiciones de privaci\u00f3n de la libertad se ajusten a las disposiciones vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los movimientos tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n relacionados con presuntas infracciones al r\u00e9gimen carcelario. Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n divulgada, en diferentes establecimientos se han detectado internos utilizando dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos no autorizados o accediendo a beneficios que no est\u00e1n permitidos dentro de las condiciones de reclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La defensora del Pueblo se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los traslados contribuyen al cumplimiento de los reglamentos penitenciarios y a fortalecer los principios de <strong>transparencia e igualdad<\/strong> dentro del sistema. Las decisiones hacen parte de una serie de medidas adoptadas recientemente por el Gobierno para revisar las condiciones de reclusi\u00f3n de personas privadas de la libertad y determinar los casos que deben ser trasladados a establecimientos penitenciarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, Iris Mar\u00edn asegur\u00f3 que la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo continuar\u00e1 haciendo seguimiento a estos procedimientos para verificar que se respeten los derechos de las personas privadas de la libertad.
