{"id":103853,"date":"2026-09-22T04:22:28","date_gmt":"2026-09-22T09:22:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=103853"},"modified":"2026-09-22T04:22:28","modified_gmt":"2026-09-22T09:22:28","slug":"gobierno-activa-plan-de-choque-en-materia-de-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/gobierno-activa-plan-de-choque-en-materia-de-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno activa plan de choque en materia de salud"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente Abelardo De La Espriella anunci\u00f3, al t\u00e9rmino del Consejo de Ministros, la puesta en marcha de la primera fase del <strong>Plan de Choque en Salud<\/strong>, una estrategia extraordinaria y temporal con la que el Gobierno busca destrabar la atenci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de colombianos que tienen medicamentos o procedimientos m\u00e9dicos pendientes. En total, fueron identificados <strong>1.069.196 usuarios<\/strong> con alg\u00fan tipo de atenci\u00f3n represada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con las cifras presentadas por el mandatario, entre enero y julio de 2026 se registraron <strong>m\u00e1s de 1,2 millones de reclamos<\/strong> ante la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, equivalentes a cerca de 5.772 quejas diarias. El 92 % de estos casos estar\u00eda relacionado con barreras para acceder a servicios y tecnolog\u00edas en salud. Entre los pacientes afectados se encuentran personas con c\u00e1ncer, trasplantes, enfermedades hu\u00e9rfanas, VIH, enfermedades neurodegenerativas, enfermedades cardiovasculares, enfermedad renal, EPOC y asma, adem\u00e1s de mujeres gestantes que requieren tratamientos esenciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primera fase del plan tendr\u00e1 cobertura nacional y priorizar\u00e1 los casos seg\u00fan el nivel de riesgo. El Gobierno contempla atender a <strong>m\u00e1s de 700.000 usuarios con medicamentos pendientes<\/strong> y realizar seguimiento a <strong>m\u00e1s de 300.000 pacientes que esperan procedimientos<\/strong>. La estrategia contempla identificar cada caso, establecer cu\u00e1l es la atenci\u00f3n requerida y qui\u00e9n debe garantizarla, gestionar los recursos necesarios y hacer seguimiento hasta comprobar que el medicamento fue entregado o que el procedimiento efectivamente se realiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para respaldar financieramente las atenciones represadas, el Gobierno anunci\u00f3 un <strong>mecanismo extraordinario de compra de cartera dirigida a las EPS<\/strong>, con una tasa de inter\u00e9s del 0 % y un periodo de gracia de un a\u00f1o. De La Espriella asegur\u00f3 que la medida no busca duplicar pagos ni reconocer nuevamente servicios que ya hayan sido cancelados, sino facilitar liquidez para atender las obligaciones relacionadas con los servicios incluidos en el plan. Las EPS deber\u00e1n identificar, reportar y gestionar los casos pendientes durante la ejecuci\u00f3n de esta primera fase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El seguimiento estar\u00e1 a cargo de una <strong>Mesa T\u00e9cnica de Control<\/strong>, integrada por el Ministerio de Salud y Protecci\u00f3n Social, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud y la ADRES. Este organismo deber\u00e1 vigilar tanto la entrega de medicamentos y realizaci\u00f3n de procedimientos como el manejo de los recursos destinados al mecanismo financiero.
