{"id":103911,"date":"2026-09-23T17:11:07","date_gmt":"2026-09-23T22:11:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=103911"},"modified":"2026-09-23T17:11:08","modified_gmt":"2026-09-23T22:11:08","slug":"comparendo-por-arrojar-escombros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/comparendo-por-arrojar-escombros\/","title":{"rendered":"Comparendo por arrojar escombros"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una volqueta fue sorprendida mientras presuntamente depositaba <strong>Residuos de Construcci\u00f3n y Demolici\u00f3n (RCD)<\/strong> en una zona de protecci\u00f3n ambiental ubicada junto al r\u00edo del Oro, en el sector de Pozo Ancho, comuna 6 de Neiva, cerca del conjunto residencial Mar\u00eda Paula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El operativo de control ambiental fue realizado por la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Agropecuario de Neiva<\/strong>, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Direcci\u00f3n de Justicia y la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad y Convivencia, con el acompa\u00f1amiento de la Polic\u00eda Ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la intervenci\u00f3n, las autoridades identificaron el veh\u00edculo utilizado para transportar y arrojar los residuos en inmediaciones de la zona ambientalmente protegida. Por este hecho, al ciudadano involucrado le fue impuesto un <strong>comparendo<\/strong>, mientras que el caso ser\u00e1 remitido a la Inspecci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proceso se adelantar\u00e1 conforme a lo establecido en la <strong>Ley 1801 de 2016<\/strong>, mientras las autoridades reiteraron el llamado a evitar la disposici\u00f3n inadecuada de escombros y otros residuos, especialmente en fuentes h\u00eddricas, zonas de protecci\u00f3n ambiental y espacios destinados a la conservaci\u00f3n de los ecosistemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal tambi\u00e9n invit\u00f3 a los habitantes de Neiva a <strong>reportar oportunamente este tipo de pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong>, con el prop\u00f3sito de facilitar las acciones de control y prevenir da\u00f1os ambientales.
