pide reformar la Ley de Garant\u00edas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque afirm\u00f3 que<strong> es necesario reformar la Ley de Garant\u00edas Electorales <\/strong>para no frenar el desarrollo ni la inversi\u00f3n en los territorios, debido a las restricciones existentes durante el periodo electoral, y agreg\u00f3 que para ello <strong>es necesario contar con el acompa\u00f1amiento de los organismos de control.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCreo que hay que presentar esa reforma con toda la madurez institucional, con todo el acompa\u00f1amiento de los organismos de control, para poder levantar esas restricciones de la Ley de Garant\u00edas, de manera que la inversi\u00f3n regional se d\u00e9\u201d, dijo el Jefe de Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese contexto, el Mandatario pidi\u00f3 al Ministro del Interior, Daniel Palacios, llevar esa discusi\u00f3n al Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCreo, Ministro Palacios, que hay que llevar esta discusi\u00f3n al Congreso, y hay que llevarla de una manera objetiva\u201d, asever\u00f3 el Presidente durante el Encuentro con la Red de Alcaldesas por la Democracia y la Paz, que tuvo lugar en la Casa de Nari\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que dentro de pocos meses, los alcaldes del pa\u00eds van a tener que acelerar la ejecuci\u00f3n de los proyectos y los planes de desarrollo, porque en el primer semestre del 2022 se van a encontrar con las restricciones de la Ley de Garant\u00edas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Presidente Iv\u00e1n
