Despu\u00e9s de varias suspensiones, el presidente de la corporaci\u00f3n, Nicol\u00e1s Barguil, determin\u00f3 reprogramar la sesi\u00f3n para el lunes 19 de octubre, a las 10:00 de la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n aumenta la presi\u00f3n sobre el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica, que tiene plazo hasta el martes 20 de octubre para aprobar el proyecto. Si el Legislativo no adopta una decisi\u00f3n dentro del t\u00e9rmino establecido, el Gobierno podr\u00eda expedir el presupuesto por decreto, de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales aplicables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, el secretario general de la C\u00e1mara, Miguel \u00c1ngel S\u00e1nchez, asegur\u00f3 que el tr\u00e1mite se mantiene dentro de los tiempos previstos y destac\u00f3 que los congresistas ya cuentan con la informaci\u00f3n correspondiente a la distribuci\u00f3n regional de los recursos. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, el cap\u00edtulo del presupuesto regionalizado fue entregado a los representantes y publicado en la p\u00e1gina web de la corporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las diferencias entre las bancadas tambi\u00e9n han marcado el desarrollo del debate. La representante Isabel Vera se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la ruptura del qu\u00f3rum no puede atribuirse exclusivamente a los sectores de izquierda o alternativos, pues, seg\u00fan afirm\u00f3, congresistas de derecha tambi\u00e9n se retiraron de la sesi\u00f3n por sus desacuerdos con las decisiones presupuestales del Gobierno. Adem\u00e1s, cuestion\u00f3 que varias proposiciones presentadas por las bancadas no fueran aceptadas y pidi\u00f3 al Ejecutivo buscar consensos con el Legislativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cM\u00e1s que un castigo, es un llamado de atenci\u00f3n, porque el presupuesto no puede pasar por decreto. Eso tiene que ser una conversaci\u00f3n abierta con las representaciones que el pueblo colombiano ha elegido por voto popular\u201d, manifest\u00f3 Vera.
