{"id":104769,"date":"2026-10-16T11:54:00","date_gmt":"2026-10-16T16:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/?p=104769"},"modified":"2026-10-16T11:55:15","modified_gmt":"2026-10-16T16:55:15","slug":"ex-congresistas-dejados-en-libertad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/ex-congresistas-dejados-en-libertad\/","title":{"rendered":"Ex congresistas, dejados en libertad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los expresidentes del Senado, Iv\u00e1n Name, y de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes, Andr\u00e9s Calle, salieron de la c\u00e1rcel La Picota, en Bogot\u00e1, luego de que la Corte Suprema de Justicia les concediera la libertad por vencimiento de t\u00e9rminos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La decisi\u00f3n se produce en medio de la investigaci\u00f3n judicial que se adelanta contra ambos excongresistas por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en el entramado de corrupci\u00f3n relacionado con la Unidad Nacional para la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres (UNGRD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La libertad por vencimiento de t\u00e9rminos se concede cuando se cumplen determinadas condiciones legales relacionadas con los plazos procesales, sin que esto implique una declaraci\u00f3n de inocencia ni el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iv\u00e1n Name y Andr\u00e9s Calle hab\u00edan permanecido privados de la libertad mientras avanzaban las actuaciones judiciales por su presunta relaci\u00f3n con las irregularidades en el manejo de recursos p\u00fablicos de la UNGRD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con su salida de prisi\u00f3n, el proceso judicial continuar\u00e1 para esclarecer los hechos y determinar las eventuales responsabilidades de los dos exlegisladores.
