El resultado refleja un leve retroceso frente al mismo mes de 2025, en medio de las ca\u00eddas registradas en sectores como la industria, la construcci\u00f3n y las actividades primarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan el informe, las actividades primarias, que comprenden sectores como la agricultura, la ganader\u00eda, la pesca y la explotaci\u00f3n de minas y canteras, presentaron una contracci\u00f3n anual de 3,19 %. Este comportamiento evidenci\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n en el desempe\u00f1o de las actividades relacionadas con la producci\u00f3n agropecuaria y la extracci\u00f3n de recursos naturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, las actividades secundarias, que incluyen la industria manufacturera y la construcci\u00f3n, registraron una ca\u00edda de 3,03 % en comparaci\u00f3n con agosto del a\u00f1o anterior. Estos resultados contribuyeron al balance negativo del indicador econ\u00f3mico durante el octavo mes de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En contraste, las actividades terciarias, que agrupan sectores como el comercio, el transporte, los servicios financieros e inmobiliarios, la salud y la educaci\u00f3n, tuvieron un crecimiento anual de 1,10 %. Este comportamiento permiti\u00f3 compensar parcialmente las ca\u00eddas de los otros sectores y moderar el retroceso general de la actividad econ\u00f3mica en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pese al resultado de agosto, el balance acumulado del a\u00f1o continu\u00f3 en terreno positivo. Entre enero y agosto de 2026, el ISE registr\u00f3 un crecimiento de 2,27 % frente al mismo periodo de 2025.
