La decisi\u00f3n, consignada en un informe reciente, reconoce los avances financieros del municipio, especialmente en el recaudo tributario y el control del gasto operativo. Adem\u00e1s, mantuvo la calificaci\u00f3n nacional de corto plazo en F2(col).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los factores determinantes fue el crecimiento de los ingresos tributarios, que aumentaron un 17,8 % entre 2024 y 2025. Dentro de este comportamiento se destac\u00f3 el impuesto de Industria y Comercio (ICA), cuyo recaudo registr\u00f3 un incremento del 20,4 %, impulsado por estrategias de fiscalizaci\u00f3n, digitalizaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n tributaria y una mayor actividad econ\u00f3mica regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La agencia tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 las medidas de control del gasto implementadas por la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal en el marco del Programa Aut\u00f3nomo de Saneamiento Fiscal y Financiero (PASFF). Seg\u00fan el informe, el crecimiento de los gastos salariales pas\u00f3 del 34,4 % en 2023 al 10 % en 2024 y al 2,4 % en 2025, mientras que el margen operativo del municipio aument\u00f3 del 1,3 % al 9,6 % durante el periodo analizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro de los avances se\u00f1alados fue la recertificaci\u00f3n presupuestal obtenida en 2024, tras el cumplimiento de los indicadores establecidos en la Ley 617 de 2000.
