La Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila proyecta aumentar en un 8,87 % los recursos destinados a inversi\u00f3n durante 2027, al pasar de $1,16 billones en 2026 a $1,26 billones. La propuesta, contemplada en el Plan Operativo Anual de Inversiones (POAI), establece una asignaci\u00f3n de $1.263.410 millones, es decir, $102.923 millones adicionales frente a la vigencia actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El director del Departamento Administrativo de Planeaci\u00f3n del Huila, Felipe Victoria Barrag\u00e1n, explic\u00f3 que la Administraci\u00f3n Departamental ya radic\u00f3 el proyecto de ordenanza del presupuesto para 2027, aforado en $1,5 billones. Seg\u00fan indic\u00f3, el POAI permitir\u00e1 articular los recursos presupuestales con las metas del Plan de Desarrollo Departamental y definir las inversiones previstas para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La proyecci\u00f3n se desarrolla bajo el liderazgo del gobernador Rodrigo Villalba Mosquera y busca dar continuidad a los proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos del plan de desarrollo \u2018Por un Huila Grande 2024-2027\u2019. Entre las \u00e1reas contempladas se encuentran educaci\u00f3n, salud, agua potable y saneamiento b\u00e1sico, infraestructura y gobierno, sectores considerados fundamentales para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con las cifras presentadas, el nivel central tendr\u00eda recursos de inversi\u00f3n por aproximadamente $1,24 billones, con un crecimiento del 8,59 % respecto a 2026. Entretanto, el sector descentralizado contar\u00eda con $21.824 millones, lo que representa un incremento del 27,30 % frente a la vigencia anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El POAI para 2027 contempla 101 proyectos de inversi\u00f3n distribuidos en 19 sectores econ\u00f3micos.
