La medida, establecida mediante el Acuerdo 028 de 2026, busca facilitar la normalizaci\u00f3n de las obligaciones fiscales y brindar alternativas para que los ciudadanos se pongan al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El beneficio aplica a las obligaciones tributarias pendientes al 10 de agosto de 2026, entre ellas el Impuesto Predial Unificado, el Impuesto de Industria y Comercio (ICA) y las retenciones de este \u00faltimo tributo (Reteica). La medida tambi\u00e9n cobija deudas que se encuentren en procesos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n, determinaci\u00f3n, discusi\u00f3n o cobro coactivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para acceder a la reducci\u00f3n, los contribuyentes deber\u00e1n pagar la totalidad del capital adeudado. En los casos que corresponda, la terminaci\u00f3n y el archivo de los procesos estar\u00e1n sujetos al cumplimiento de los requisitos legales. Adem\u00e1s, el beneficio exige el pago total de contado y no permite establecer nuevos acuerdos para financiar estas deudas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Administraci\u00f3n Municipal invit\u00f3 a los contribuyentes a acercarse a la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda para consultar las condiciones y los procedimientos necesarios para acogerse a los alivios.
