El funcionario, oriundo de Campoalegre, asumir\u00e1 la responsabilidad de fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n financiera de la administraci\u00f3n departamental y acompa\u00f1ar la ejecuci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo \u2018Por un Huila Grande\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parra Dur\u00e1n es contador p\u00fablico de la Universidad Surcolombiana, especialista en Gerencia Tributaria de la misma instituci\u00f3n y mag\u00edster en Gobierno y Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas de la Universidad Externado de Colombia. Adem\u00e1s, cuenta con formaci\u00f3n complementaria en gesti\u00f3n financiera p\u00fablica, administraci\u00f3n del riesgo financiero, auditor\u00eda y planeaci\u00f3n territorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En su trayectoria profesional se destaca su paso por el Instituto Financiero para el Desarrollo del Huila (Infihuila), donde trabaj\u00f3 como contador y coordinador financiero entre 2014 y 2021, y posteriormente como asesor de la Oficina Administrativa durante 2024. Asimismo, estuvo vinculado al Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estad\u00edstica (DANE), en Neiva, donde asumi\u00f3 responsabilidades relacionadas con la direcci\u00f3n financiera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El nuevo tesorero tambi\u00e9n cuenta con experiencia en el sector privado, particularmente en procesos contables, auditor\u00eda y control de costos.
