Las posesiones se realizaron este 3 de noviembre, con cambios en la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, la Direcci\u00f3n de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte y el Fondo de Vivienda de Inter\u00e9s Social del Huila (Fonvihuila).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Norma Constanza Garc\u00eda Montenegro asumi\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n departamental. Abogada de la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Colombia, cuenta con especializaciones en Derecho Procesal y Pruebas Judiciales, Instituciones Jur\u00eddico-Penales y Derecho Constitucional y Administrativo. Su experiencia incluye labores en la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo, el sector universitario y la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva, donde tambi\u00e9n estuvo al frente de la cartera educativa. Entre sus responsabilidades estar\u00e1 impulsar las metas de acceso, permanencia y calidad educativa en los municipios no certificados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En materia de movilidad, Andr\u00e9s Mauricio S\u00e1nchez Hern\u00e1ndez, oriundo de El Agrado, fue designado como director de Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte. Es administrador p\u00fablico, especialista en Movilidad y Transporte y cuenta con formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica en Tr\u00e1nsito y Seguridad Vial y Sistemas. El nuevo funcionario es ingeniero civil, especialista en Derecho Ambiental y Administraci\u00f3n Financiera, mag\u00edster en Administraci\u00f3n y estudiante de doctorado. Su trayectoria incluye cargos en entidades nacionales y territoriales, as\u00ed como responsabilidades recientes en las secretar\u00edas de Gobierno y Desarrollo Comunitario y de Educaci\u00f3n del Huila. Desde el Fondo tendr\u00e1 el desaf\u00edo de impulsar los programas de vivienda de inter\u00e9s social y avanzar en soluciones habitacionales para las familias del departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los tres nombramientos hacen parte de los ajustes del Gobierno departamental para afrontar el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o del periodo 2024-2027. El gobernador Rodrigo Villalba agradeci\u00f3 los servicios de Leandro C\u00f3rdoba Gonz\u00e1lez y Carlos Alfredo Mosquera, quienes dejaron las direcciones de Fonvihuila y Tr\u00e1nsito y Transporte.
