{"id":10789,"date":"2021-03-31T05:52:33","date_gmt":"2021-03-31T10:52:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=10789"},"modified":"2021-03-31T05:52:36","modified_gmt":"2021-03-31T10:52:36","slug":"programas-sociales-en-pandemia-rescataron-a-un-millon-de-colombianos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/programas-sociales-en-pandemia-rescataron-a-un-millon-de-colombianos\/","title":{"rendered":"Programas sociales en pandemia rescataron a un mill\u00f3n de colombianos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Director del centro de estudios Fedesarrollo, Luis Fernando Mej\u00eda, destac\u00f3 que los programas sociales del Gobierno para mitigar los efectos sociales y econ\u00f3micos de la pandemia del covid-19 <strong>evitaron que un mill\u00f3n de colombianos cayeran en situaci\u00f3n de pobreza durante el 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mej\u00eda manifest\u00f3 que la respuesta del Gobierno al inicio de la pandemia fue muy r\u00e1pida en tres elementos fundamentales, como el programa de Ingreso Solidario, los giros extraordinarios a los programas sociales ya existentes y el Plan de Apoyo al Empleo Formal (PAEF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto a Ingreso Solidario, indic\u00f3 que <strong>el programa que llega a cerca de tres millones de hogares, con 160 mil pesos mensuales,<\/strong> ha sido muy importante para mantener ese ingreso en una etapa que fue muy dif\u00edcil, desde el punto de vista no solamente econ\u00f3mico sino tambi\u00e9n en materia de empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl <strong>adelantamiento de la implementaci\u00f3n de la compensaci\u00f3n del IVA que entreg\u00f3 $75.000 bimensuales <\/strong>a cerca de un mill\u00f3n de hogares beneficiarios, ahora con la idea de ampliarlo a cerca de 5 millones de hogares, (tambi\u00e9n fue) muy importante para fortalecer el ingreso de estas personas m\u00e1s vulnerables\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el Director de Fedesarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la misma manera, resalt\u00f3 el esfuerzo que se hizo en materia de los giros extraordinarios de los programas sociales ya existentes, como Familias en Acci\u00f3n, J\u00f3venes en Acci\u00f3n y Adulto Mayor, que permitieron de una manera muy oportuna fortalecer estos ingresos especialmente a las personas m\u00e1s pobres y vulnerables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Director del centro de estudios Fedesarrollo, Luis Fernando Mej\u00eda, destac\u00f3 que los programas sociales del Gobierno para mitigar los efectos sociales y econ\u00f3micos de la pandemia del covid-19 evitaron que un mill\u00f3n de colombianos cayeran en situaci\u00f3n de pobreza durante el 2020.
