Pero, adicionalmente, hay muchas personas que durante la Semana Santa estuvieron fuera y regresaron esta semana\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el Mandatario, se ha observado que \u201cel aumento en algunas Unidades de Cuidado Intensivo (UCI), si bien est\u00e1 en niveles que est\u00e1n dentro de la tolerancia que ha tenido la ciudad en algunos momentos, que no eran una alerta roja, lo cierto es hay que tomar medidas de car\u00e1cter preventivo para evitar una exacerbaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, enfatiz\u00f3 el Presidente, \u201clas medidas de aplicaci\u00f3n de pico y c\u00e9dula y tambi\u00e9n esa restricci\u00f3n a la movilidad que tendremos de manera generalizada durante el fin de semana son herramientas para restarle velocidad al virus\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque indic\u00f3 que las recientes medidas que fueron fijadas en la ciudad de Bogot\u00e1 tienen por objeto restarle velocidad al virus del covid-19, teniendo en cuenta conceptos emitidos por los comit\u00e9s de expertos en materia epidemiol\u00f3gica, que asesoran al Gobierno Nacional en esta materia.
