familias de los barrios Limonar, Manzanares y el Cocl\u00ed de Neiva, al ver sus calles iluminadas, gracias al trabajo realizado por la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal; y es que el alcalde, Gorky Mu\u00f1oz, lo ha expresado en innumerables ocasiones: iluminar la ciudad es darle dignidad y seguridad la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo ratific\u00f3 el presidente de la Junta de Acci\u00f3n Comunal del barrio Manzanares, Edgar Rodr\u00edguez: \u201c28 a\u00f1os de oscuridad, 28 a\u00f1os de delincuencia, 28 a\u00f1os donde la comunidad no pod\u00eda compartir, esos 28 a\u00f1os quedaron atr\u00e1s, ahora es otra historia aqu\u00ed en Manzanares\u201d, y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que ya hay c\u00e1maras de seguridad en este sector, mucho m\u00e1s valiosas con este alumbrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas intervenciones hacen parte de un proyecto macro que representa una inversi\u00f3n de 3.000 mil millones de pesos, ejecutados a trav\u00e9s de la Oficina de Alumbrado P\u00fablico y Las Ceibas E.S.P.,<br>beneficiando 60 sectores y comunidades de la zona urbana y rural del municipio, con la instalaci\u00f3n de 763 l\u00e1mparas con tecnolog\u00eda led.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos muy agradecidos porque esto ha cambiado la cara al parque y al parqueadero, porque esta iluminada, corremos menos riesgos, se ve la gente que llega, que se acerca a las m\u00e1quinas de ejercicio y al polideportivo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Humberto Ruiz, habitante de la ciudadela el Cocl\u00ed, quien adem\u00e1s indica que esta obra repercute en la disminuci\u00f3n o el control de la drogadicci\u00f3n en estos sectores de recreaci\u00f3n para la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con Alex Mauricio Gonz\u00e1lez, jefe de la oficina de Alumbrado P\u00fablico, iluminar el municipio tambi\u00e9n significa darle espacios de recreaci\u00f3n a los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes, mejorar la convivencia, as\u00ed como la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos, por ello seguir\u00e1 trabajando para cumplir este prop\u00f3sito y el objetivo que para el alumbrado, tiene el Alcalde de
