{"id":11216,"date":"2021-04-20T05:37:13","date_gmt":"2021-04-20T10:37:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=11216"},"modified":"2021-04-20T05:37:15","modified_gmt":"2021-04-20T10:37:15","slug":"importante-convenio-de-vivienda-entre-alcaldia-y-gobernacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/importante-convenio-de-vivienda-entre-alcaldia-y-gobernacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Importante convenio de vivienda entre Alcald\u00eda y Gobernaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un&nbsp;<strong>convenio por un valor de cinco millones de pesos<\/strong>&nbsp;en temas de vivienda, fue firmado entre la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva y la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila, convenio que&nbsp;<strong>beneficiar\u00e1 a cerca de 2.568 personas de la capital huilense<\/strong>, all\u00ed se incluyeron convenios de mejoramiento urbano y mejoramiento rural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHemos firmado&nbsp;<strong>un convenio importante para la cooperaci\u00f3n mutua a trav\u00e9s de subsidios para mejoramientos de vivienda, para vivienda nueva, para esquemas de vivienda rural<\/strong>, donde a trav\u00e9s de un compromiso claro se trabajar\u00e1n con vivienda nueva, en tres proyectos importantes como Bosques de San Luis, Fronteras del Milenio y Villa Marina; eso es un impacto importante y debe ser hist\u00f3rico porque la inversi\u00f3n que se hace por parte del gobierno departamental y gobierno municipal, va generar impacto en m\u00e1s de 3.000 familias\u201d, indic\u00f3 Gorky Mu\u00f1oz, Alcalde de Neiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte el Gobernador del Huila, Luis Enrique Duss\u00e1n anunci\u00f3 que \u201c<strong>Neiva juega un papel preponderante para el gobierno departamental y tiene un cap\u00edtulo especial en nuestro Plan de Desarrollo.<\/strong>&nbsp;Firmamos dos convenios que suman $5.000.000 millones y cerca de 900 familias se beneficiar\u00e1n de mejoramientos de vivienda urbano y rural\u201d destac\u00f3 el Gobernador del Huila, Luis Enrique Duss\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Destino del convenio<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Convenio de mejoramiento locativos urbanos:&nbsp;<strong>Se beneficiar\u00e1n alrededor de 1.710 personas de la zona urbana<\/strong>&nbsp;de Neiva por un valor total de $3.000.000 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Convenio de mejoramiento de vivienda locativa rural: Se beneficiar\u00e1n&nbsp;<strong>858 personas de la zona rural&nbsp;<\/strong>de Neiva por un valor total de $2.000.000 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mandatario de los huilenses, Luis Enrique Duss\u00e1n afirm\u00f3 que \u201cestamos pendientes de la cofinanciaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Vivienda y as\u00ed seguiremos avanzando.
