construcci\u00f3n del vel\u00f3dromo de Pitalito"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El alcalde de Pitalito, Edgar Mu\u00f1oz y el equipo de trabajo de la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal han gestionado en las instancias jur\u00eddicas y t\u00e9cnicas respectivas para poder<strong>&nbsp;finalizar el proyecto de la obra del Vel\u00f3dromo Municipal<\/strong>, pues mediante Resoluci\u00f3n Administrativa en el mes de febrero del presente a\u00f1o se declar\u00f3 el siniestro de la estabilidad de obra al contrato del 2014 sobre ese proyecto, al cual se interpusieron los recursos que se estudiaron y permitieron resolver hoy su situaci\u00f3n administrativa, lo que, adem\u00e1s, permite llevar a cabo los ajustes requeridos sin inversi\u00f3n adicional para la Fase 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es as\u00ed que este mi\u00e9rcoles<strong>&nbsp;el mandatario laboyano anunci\u00f3 la reanudaci\u00f3n de su construcci\u00f3n c<\/strong>on los ajustes exigidos por la normatividad vigente, para as\u00ed&nbsp;<strong>culminar en alrededor de 3 meses la Fase 1 del Vel\u00f3dromo de Pitalito,&nbsp;<\/strong>la cual representa el 90% de la misma, noticia que es celebrada por la comunidad y por el Gobierno Municipal ya que se realiz\u00f3 un importante esfuerzo para poder iniciar pr\u00f3ximamente las etapas posteriores y entregarle este escenario completo a los laboyanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la misma manera, el secretario de infraestructura de Pitalito, Cristian Fabi\u00e1n Pizzo, destac\u00f3 el trabajo de la Oficina Jur\u00eddica, de la Oficina de Contrataci\u00f3n y de la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura para reactivar la obra, en donde&nbsp;<strong>se resolver\u00e1 el drenaje de las aguas lluvias con la instalaci\u00f3n de motobombas, y la instalaci\u00f3n de
