{"id":11558,"date":"2021-05-06T19:38:53","date_gmt":"2021-05-07T00:38:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=11558"},"modified":"2021-05-06T19:38:54","modified_gmt":"2021-05-07T00:38:54","slug":"neiva-ya-no-tendra-confinamiento","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/neiva-ya-no-tendra-confinamiento\/","title":{"rendered":"Neiva ya no tendr\u00e1 confinamiento"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras ocho d\u00edas continuos de movilizaciones en todo el pa\u00eds, y del&nbsp;<strong>apoyo irrestricto que el Alcalde de Neiva les ha dado a los manifestantes&nbsp;<\/strong>para que ejerzan su derecho de manera pac\u00edfica y responsable, el mandatario vuelve a hacer un&nbsp;<strong>llamado al Gobierno Nacional, al di\u00e1logo y a la concertaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, y se ofreci\u00f3 incluso como un \u2018Gestor de Paz\u2019 que&nbsp;<strong>permita generar corredores humanitarios<\/strong>&nbsp;para el tr\u00e1nsito de elementos de primera necesidad de la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNecesitamos&nbsp;<strong>que se lleguen a acuerdos de manera urgente,<\/strong>&nbsp;que nos permitan generar corredores humanitarios para evitar desabastecimientos, garantizar ox\u00edgeno, paso de medicamentos y ambulancias, as\u00ed como el transporte de camiones.&nbsp;<strong>Garantizaremos con los gestores de paz el tr\u00e1nsito y el respeto por los transportadores, para que estos lleguen a feliz t\u00e9rmino y sin vandalismo<\/strong>\u201d, indic\u00f3 el mandatario de los neivanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El alcalde quien&nbsp;<strong>ha sostenido un di\u00e1logo permanente con los distintos actores de la sociedad,&nbsp;<\/strong>y en especial con los peque\u00f1os y medianos empresarios de Neiva, luego de hacer una revisi\u00f3n, ha solicitado un cambio en las medidas restrictivas impartidas en el decreto 0282.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sin confinamiento<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La principal medida es que&nbsp;<strong>se levanta desde la fecha el confinamiento<\/strong>&nbsp;los fines de semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNuestra econom\u00eda ha sido muy golpeada. No hay un antecedente en la historia que nos ense\u00f1e c\u00f3mo actuar en esta situaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<strong>La pandemia nos ha llevado a extremos de desempleo y p\u00e9rdida de capacidad de inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>, y los comerciantes y gremios est\u00e1n agobiados\u201d argument\u00f3 el mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adicionalmente, y teniendo en cuenta el descenso y ocupaci\u00f3n de camas UCI en la ciudad, el alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n,<strong>&nbsp;levant\u00f3 algunas medidas, como el pico y c\u00e9dula.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Otras determinaciones<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan la expedici\u00f3n del nuevo decreto 0306, con vigencia desde el 06 de mayo hasta el 18 de este mes, rige para la ciudad lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Se levanta confinamiento total los domingo y lunes<\/li><li>Se levanta pico y c\u00e9dula<\/li><li>Toque de queda para personas y restricci\u00f3n de la movilidad desde las 11:59 pm hasta las 5:00 am del d\u00eda siguiente.<\/li><li>Se proh\u00edbe la circulaci\u00f3n de carros y motocicletas desde las 10:00 de la noche hasta las 5:00 am del d\u00eda siguiente.<\/li><li>Se restringe la realizaci\u00f3n de actos p\u00fablicos o privados que impliquen aglomeraci\u00f3n de personas, as\u00ed como el consumo de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas en espacios p\u00fablicos<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El nuevo decreto<strong>&nbsp;mantiene las 16 excepciones en la ciudad para la circulaci\u00f3n de personas y veh\u00edculos&nbsp;<\/strong>expuestas en decreto nacional y que incluye servicios de salud, emergencias, fuerza p\u00fablica, organismos de socorro, medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, domiciliarios, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las ceremonias religiosas est\u00e1n permitidas, siempre y cuando se cumplan con los protocolos de bioseguridad
