Vicepresidenta&nbsp;<strong>Marta Luc\u00eda Ram\u00edrez<\/strong>&nbsp;como&nbsp;<strong>Ministra de Relaciones Exteriores.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYo&nbsp;<strong>le he pedido a ella que asuma la Canciller\u00eda para adelantar varias tareas.<\/strong>&nbsp;En primer lugar, para poder estar fortaleciendo las relaciones bilaterales que tenemos en todo el mundo, pero, adicionalmente, para&nbsp;<strong>ejercer la representaci\u00f3n de nuestro pa\u00eds en los espacios multilaterales<\/strong>\u201d, declar\u00f3 el Jefe de Estado a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ram\u00edrez, quien en el pasado asumi\u00f3 las carteras de defensa y comercio, toma el cargo que hasta hace poco estuvo ocupada por Claudia
