Los biol\u00f3gicos de este laboratorio requieren de una sola dosis para garantizar la inmunidad contra el virus, y por esa ventaja estrat\u00e9gica ser\u00e1n utilizados para vacunar a poblaciones en regiones de dif\u00edcil acceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las 539.370 vacunas restantes corresponden al laboratorio Pfizer, con lo cual esta farmac\u00e9utica suma 9\u2019354.150 dosis enviadas a Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estos lotes de vacunas de Janssen y de Pfizer, el pa\u00eds completa 20\u2019732.624 vacunas para seguir adelante con el plan de inmunizaci\u00f3n masiva puesto en marcha por el Gobierno del Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque M\u00e1rquez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, el Ministro de Salud, Fernando Ruiz, explic\u00f3 que \u201cla vacuna que estamos recibiendo hoy, la vacuna de Janssen, tiene unas caracter\u00edsticas muy especiales, dado que genera una inmunidad muy importante con la aplicaci\u00f3n de una sola dosis, y tiene toda la protecci\u00f3n para la severidad de le enfermedad, con lo cual los colombianos que sean vacunados podr\u00e1n evidenciar un menor riesgo de hospitalizaci\u00f3n y mucho menor de mortalidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, resalt\u00f3 que la vacuna de Janssen \u201cnos permitir\u00e1 vacunar muy r\u00e1pidamente en las grandes ciudades para completar esquemas de vacunaci\u00f3n, y tambi\u00e9n nos permitir\u00e1 vacunar en esos municipios y centros poblados superiores a 10.000 habitantes en \u00e1reas rurales dispersas de Colombia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Jefe de la cartera de Salud anunci\u00f3 que desde el mes de julio van a llegar a Colombia m\u00e1s lotes de biol\u00f3gicos de Janssen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Colombia recibi\u00f3 1\u2019019.370 de vacunas contra el covid-19, de las cuales 480.000 dosis corresponden al primer lote que la farmac\u00e9utica Janssen env\u00eda al pa\u00eds.
