{"id":12567,"date":"2021-06-28T07:46:55","date_gmt":"2021-06-28T12:46:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=12567"},"modified":"2021-06-28T07:46:57","modified_gmt":"2021-06-28T12:46:57","slug":"regulan-recepcion-de-donaciones-para-atencion-del-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/regulan-recepcion-de-donaciones-para-atencion-del-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulan recepci\u00f3n de donaciones para atenci\u00f3n del COVID 19"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>n el marco de la emergencia sanitaria por covid-19, el Gobierno Nacional expidi\u00f3 el Decreto 697 de 2021 por medio del cual se establecen los requisitos sanitarios para la recepci\u00f3n de donaciones como medicamentos, insumos, vacunas, dispositivos o equipos biom\u00e9dicos, entre otros, para atenci\u00f3n de la pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Germ\u00e1n Escobar, jefe de gabinete del Ministerio de Salud y Protecci\u00f3n Social, explic\u00f3 que el documento especifica las condiciones m\u00ednimas de calidad de estos productos exigidas por parte de la autoridad sanitaria competente, que es el Invima, para su ingreso al pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLos productos que no cuenten al momento de la donaci\u00f3n con registro sanitario, por ejemplo, o se encuentren en fase de experimentaci\u00f3n, deber\u00e1n solicitar ante el Invima la revisi\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica, de calidad y seguridad, que permitan su importaci\u00f3n\u00bb, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de las vacunas que est\u00e1n en desarrollo en este momento y no cuentan con registro sanitario, deben tener la autorizaci\u00f3n de uso de emergencia por parte del Invima con autorizaci\u00f3n de importaci\u00f3n, para garantizar plena calidad de estos productos farmac\u00e9uticos, para que su aplicaci\u00f3n sea de manera segura en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, record\u00f3 que \u00abestas donaciones est\u00e1n en el marco de la gratuidad y no se contempla, en ning\u00fan caso, su comercializaci\u00f3n posterior, luego de la recepci\u00f3n de las mismas\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>n el marco de la emergencia sanitaria por covid-19, el Gobierno Nacional expidi\u00f3 el Decreto 697 de 2021 por medio del cual se establecen los requisitos sanitarios para la recepci\u00f3n de donaciones como medicamentos, insumos, vacunas, dispositivos o equipos biom\u00e9dicos, entre otros, para atenci\u00f3n de la pandemia.
