{"id":12768,"date":"2021-07-06T18:20:55","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T23:20:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=12768"},"modified":"2021-07-06T18:20:56","modified_gmt":"2021-07-06T23:20:56","slug":"sancionada-ley-conta-violadores-de-menores-en-colombia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/sancionada-ley-conta-violadores-de-menores-en-colombia\/","title":{"rendered":"Sancionada ley conta violadores de menores en Colombia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque sancion\u00f3 la ley que reglamenta el acto legislativo sobre&nbsp;<strong>prisi\u00f3n perpetua para los asesinos y violadores de ni\u00f1os en Colombia<\/strong>, y subray\u00f3 que desde hoy&nbsp;<strong>quedan advertidos quienes incurran en esos delitos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cY hoy, con esta reglamentaci\u00f3n, estamos quiz\u00e1s dando el paso m\u00e1s importante en la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de los ni\u00f1os en nuestro pa\u00eds\u201d, manifest\u00f3 el Jefe de Estado en el acto efectuado en la Casa de Nari\u00f1o para sancionar la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que no quiere decir que \u201cpor sancionar esta ley se acabaron estas pr\u00e1cticas; tristemente no. Pero hoy quedan\u00a0<strong>advertidos los que pretendan incurrir en estos delitos<\/strong>\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Mandatario indic\u00f3 que esta ley&nbsp;<strong>llevar\u00e1 el nombre de Ley Gilma Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong>, en memoria de la congresista y defensora de la ni\u00f1ez fallecida en 2013, quien promovi\u00f3 la implantaci\u00f3n de penas severas para quienes violen los derechos de los menores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y record\u00f3 que esta disposici\u00f3n se suma a otras adoptadas con ese objetivo, como la que declara imprescriptibles los delitos contra los ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes, la de abolici\u00f3n del castigo f\u00edsico y la que ordena hacer p\u00fablico el registro de quienes han violado las cuotas de
