{"id":1341,"date":"2020-02-15T07:53:35","date_gmt":"2020-02-15T12:53:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=1341"},"modified":"2020-02-15T07:53:37","modified_gmt":"2020-02-15T12:53:37","slug":"prorrogado-contrato-de-sectorizacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/prorrogado-contrato-de-sectorizacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Prorrogado contrato de sectorizaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con el firme prop\u00f3sito de <strong>garantizar la adecuada terminaci\u00f3n de las obras<\/strong> del contrato de <strong>segunda fase de Sectorizaci\u00f3n de las redes de acueducto en Neiva<\/strong>, el alcalde Gorky Mu\u00f1oz Calder\u00f3n encabez\u00f3 una mesa t\u00e9cnica con la directora de Programas del Viceministerio de Agua y Saneamiento B\u00e1sico, Gloria Patricia Tovar \u00c1lzate, directivos de Findeter y el interventor del contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La reuni\u00f3n que se desarroll\u00f3 en el despacho del mandatario, busc\u00f3 <strong>fijar un cronograma de trabajos<\/strong>, que permitir\u00e1 tras una pr\u00f3rroga del contrato solicitada por la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal, garantizar la plena terminaci\u00f3n de las obras que se vienen desarrollando y de esta forma, poder garantizar una adecuada prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de agua potable en forma continua, con calidad y con cobertura.}<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al encuentro asisti\u00f3 igualmente la gerente de Las Ceibas Empresas P\u00fablicas de Neiva, Gloria Constanza Vanegas Guti\u00e9rrez, quien junto con el mandatario de los neivanos hicieron un reiterado y contundente llamado al contratista y a Findeter, financiador y asistente t\u00e9cnico de este proyecto, por los diferentes inconvenientes y traumatismos generados a la comunidad a lo largo de la ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras, que rayan en la falta de responsabilidad que le ha faltado a la firma contratista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl contrato se vence la pr\u00f3xima semana, no es posible que despu\u00e9s de dos a\u00f1os de iniciado, no hayan podido finalizar estas obras\u201d, recalc\u00f3 la Gerente de la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A su vez, el Alcalde insisti\u00f3 en que este contrato de gran magnitud, cuya <strong>inversi\u00f3n es de casi 16 mil millones de pesos,<\/strong> debe ser entregado en total funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte el representante del contratista admiti\u00f3 que<strong> se han presentado diferentes dificultades con las obras<\/strong>, y m\u00e1s en lo que tiene que ver con fugas en las tuber\u00edas, pero que se han ido corrigiendo las falencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Condiciones de la obra<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El interventor indic\u00f3 que <strong>la obra va en un 98% de ejecuci\u00f3n<\/strong> y est\u00e1 muy cerca a culminar. Del proyecto estructurado y contratado, <strong>hacen falta dos intervenciones para adaptar dos v\u00e1lvulas a la tuber\u00eda existente<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s explic\u00f3 que una vez instaladas, debe iniciarse las pruebas del funcionamiento del sistema, que permitir\u00e1 realizar los ajustes pertinentes.<br> Igualmente mencion\u00f3 que falta por realizarse los trabajos con 120 metros c\u00fabicos de asfalto y 50 metros c\u00fabicos de concreto para reponer los tramos de todas las calles intervenidas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contrato ser\u00e1 prorrogado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la reuni\u00f3n se concret\u00f3 <strong>realizar una pr\u00f3rroga de dos meses <\/strong>al contrato de obra, con el prop\u00f3sito de <strong>adelantar las acciones necesarias<\/strong>, para que sea concretada prontamente y poder as\u00ed sacar adelante el proyecto de Sectorizaci\u00f3n, convenido entre el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, Findeter y el Municipio de Neiva.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el firme
