La Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva en desarrollo del Plan Choque \u00abConstruyendo Seguridad\u00bb logra en las \u00faltimas horas, mediante orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, la detenci\u00f3n de un sujeto de 19 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta forma unidades pertenecientes a la Unidad B\u00e1sica de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal de la Seccional de Protecci\u00f3n y Servicios Especiales con apoyo de personal del Modelo Nacional de Vigilancia Comunitaria por Cuadrantes, logra la aprehensi\u00f3n de Kevin Stiven Tovar Diaz de 19 a\u00f1os de edad residente en el barrio La Paz, quien es requerido mediante orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por un Juzgado Penal de Conocimiento para Adolescentes de la ciudad de Florencia por el delito de Homicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este individuo siendo menor, presuntamente fue el autor material del homicidio de Julian Javier Moreno Perdomo de 17 a\u00f1os de edad el d\u00eda 11 de mayo del a\u00f1o 2018, en momentos en los cuales se present\u00f3, al parecer, una discusi\u00f3n entre este y el aprehendido por discrepancias en la repartici\u00f3n de algunos elementos producto de un hecho de hurto en la capital del departamento del Caqueta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este entendido se logra la aprehensi\u00f3n de este individuo quien ser\u00e1 presentado ante la autoridad judicial competente, el cual decidira si lo env\u00eda a un centro de internamiento especializado de responsabilidad penal para adolescentes, donde deber\u00e1 cumplir con la medida impuesta.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Neiva.
