cupos para exportar chatarra"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por medio del Decreto 1051 del 7 de septiembre de 2021, y por recomendaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Asuntos Aduaneros, Arancelarios y de Comercio Exterior (Triple A), el Gobierno estableci\u00f3 un contingente de 80.000 toneladas para las exportaciones de desperdicios y desechos de chatarra de fundici\u00f3n de hierro o acero, y lingotes de chatarra de hierro o acero, distribuidas en distintas clases de chatarra (subpartdidas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de la medida es garantizar el abastecimiento de esta materia prima, fundamental para la industria sider\u00fargica del pa\u00eds, que a su vez produce insumos para otros sectores de la econom\u00eda como el automotor, autopartes y especialmente para la construcci\u00f3n, que tiene un efecto multiplicador sobre otros sectores industriales, y un r\u00e1pido beneficio en la creaci\u00f3n de empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsta es otra medida que complementa la estrategia de reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica segura en la que avanzamos\u201d, explic\u00f3 la ministra de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, Mar\u00eda Ximena Lombana Villalba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Decreto establece varias excepciones para la aplicaci\u00f3n de la norma:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las mercanc\u00edas que, antes de la entrada en vigencia de este Decreto, est\u00e9n amparadas con una Solicitud de Autorizaci\u00f3n de Embarque debidamente presentada y aceptada, o con un Formulario de Movimiento de Mercanc\u00edas debidamente autorizado por el usuario operador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la misma forma, las Sociedades de Comercializaci\u00f3n Internacional autorizadas que antes de la entrada en vigencia del Decreto hubieren expedido el Certificado del Proveedor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las operaciones correspondientes a situaciones jur\u00eddicas consolidadas, durante el a\u00f1o anterior a la entrada en vigencia de este Decreto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualmente, establece que el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo administrar\u00e1 y distribuir\u00e1 el contingente, previo concepto favorable o desfavorable de
