Es preocupante que los m\u00e1s recientes casos de enfermedades transmitidas por alimentos est\u00e9n relacionados con el Escherichia Coli, un microorganismo presente en la materia fecal\u201d se\u00f1al\u00f3 Eduardo Mahecha, Profesional de apoyo en Vigilancia Epidemiol\u00f3gica de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud Departamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A semana epidemiol\u00f3gica No. 36 de 2021&nbsp;<strong>se han registrado 82 casos individuales y 1 colectivo de enfermedades transmitidas por alimentos, afectando a 88 personas.<\/strong>&nbsp;El 52,9% de los casos se han presentado en la ciudad de Neiva, el 10% en Algeciras y el 8,8% en Timan\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evidentemente&nbsp;<strong>el lavado de manos incide en el cuidado de la salud<\/strong>, y es un h\u00e1bito que debe practicarse con mayor frecuencia empleando jab\u00f3n y dedicando buen tiempo a la limpieza de palmas, dedos y u\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes y despu\u00e9s de utilizar el ba\u00f1o o el sanitario, antes y despu\u00e9s de manipular o preparar los alimentos, antes y despu\u00e9s de comer, antes y despu\u00e9s de toser o estornudar, antes y despu\u00e9s de tocar espacios comunes en \u00e1reas p\u00fablicas, son buenos momentos para recordar el lavado de manos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa invitaci\u00f3n es que nos lavemos las manos con mayor frecuencia durante el d\u00eda,&nbsp;<strong>no es solamente para prevenir el Covid19, sino tambi\u00e9n para evitar otras enfermedades&nbsp;<\/strong>de inter\u00e9s en salud p\u00fablica que pueden afectarnos a todos\u201d agreg\u00f3 Mahecha.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La pandemia por&nbsp;coronavirus&nbsp;nos ha dejado&nbsp;como h\u00e1bito el lavado frecuente de manos,&nbsp;una pr\u00e1ctica que evita no solo el contagio de Covid19 sino de otras enfermedades como la diarrea y las intoxicaciones por alimentos. \u201cEs&nbsp;importante educar y aprender t\u00e9cnica adecuada para el lavado de manos&nbsp;y tener c\u00f3mo h\u00e1bito este lavado como m\u00ednimo cada dos horas.
