Con \u00e9xito se vienen desarrollando en el Huila los \u201cSegundos Talleres\u201d para la construcci\u00f3n de las agendas productivas municipales, una herramienta que les permitir\u00e1 a los gobernantes contar con bases s\u00f3lidas para la construcci\u00f3n de los Planes de Ordenamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta acci\u00f3n est\u00e1 enmarcada dentro del Plan de Ordenamiento Productivo y Social de la Propiedad Rural, liderado desde la Secretar\u00eda de Agricultura y Miner\u00eda de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila, como el instrumento de planificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importante con aliento hasta el a\u00f1o 2040.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es un mecanismo de participaci\u00f3n muy importante, donde los actores de los municipios ayudan a construir el futuro de sus territorios de la mano del gobierno departamental, la c\u00e1mara de comercio de Neiva, y otras instituciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los talleres permiten abordar el territorio desde varias \u00e1mbitos como el Ordenamiento Productivo y Social de la Propiedad Rural, que da una mirada al sector agropecuario; el turismo como dinamizador de la econom\u00eda de los municipios y la regi\u00f3n, y por \u00faltimo el componente de competitividad que es un eje transversal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A la fecha se ha cumplido con este importante ejercicio en 26 municipios del Huila, con una nutrida participaci\u00f3n de representantes de organizaciones de productores, operadores tur\u00edsticos, Juntas de acci\u00f3n comunal, dependencias de los gobiernos municipales, entre otras entidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta semana se cumplir\u00e1 con la recta final en el desarrollo de los talleres en los siguientes municipios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martes 26 de octubre: Timan\u00e1 y La Argentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mi\u00e9rcoles 27 de octubre: El\u00edas y N\u00e1taga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jueves 28 de octubre: Tarqui, Paicol, y Saladoblanco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viernes 29 de octubre: Guadalupe, Tesalia y Oporapa.
