{"id":14957,"date":"2021-10-26T17:10:42","date_gmt":"2021-10-26T22:10:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=14957"},"modified":"2021-10-26T17:10:45","modified_gmt":"2021-10-26T22:10:45","slug":"comunion-entre-dia-sin-iva-y-dia-sin-carro-en-neiva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/comunion-entre-dia-sin-iva-y-dia-sin-carro-en-neiva\/","title":{"rendered":"Comuni\u00f3n entre D\u00eda sin IVA y D\u00eda sin carro en Neiva"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Los<strong>\u00a0neivanos s\u00ed van a poder salir en sus carros y motos<\/strong>\u00a0a hacer compras el pr\u00f3ximo jueves con ocasi\u00f3n del D\u00eda sin IVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del Decreto 758 de 2021, la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal estableci\u00f3\u00a0<strong>ampliar el horario de funcionamiento de los establecimientos comerciales hasta la media noche<\/strong>\u00a0y de esta forma permitir que los ciudadanos puedan salir a hacer sus compras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto&nbsp;<strong>una vez termine la jornada del D\u00eda sin Carro sancionatoria<\/strong>, a las 6:00 p.m., que coincidi\u00f3 con la misma fecha, a\u00fan cuando se hab\u00eda programado con un a\u00f1o de anticipaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>D\u00eda sin Carro y sin Moto,<\/strong>\u00a0regido bajo Decreto 873 de 2020, defini\u00f3 el \u00faltimo jueves de octubre y el \u00faltimo jueves de febrero, como fechas para la realizaci\u00f3n de esta jornada de forma sancionatoria, que busca\u00a0<strong>desestimular el uso de veh\u00edculos convencionales en la ciudad.<\/strong>\u00a0As\u00ed mismo plantea dos jornadas pedag\u00f3gicas al a\u00f1o en abril y junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante este a\u00f1o la fecha coincidi\u00f3 con el primero de tres D\u00edas sin IVA planteados hace una semana por el Gobierno Nacional. En ese sentido, la Alcald\u00eda para garantizar armon\u00eda entre las dos jornadas, decidi\u00f3 ampliar el horario de funcionamiento de establecimientos de comercio y reducir en dos horas, la jornada del D\u00eda sin Carro y sin Moto, pasando de 6:00 a.m. a 8:00 p.m. a de 6:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe flexibiliza la medida para&nbsp;<strong>sacarle mayor provecho a esta combinaci\u00f3n de D\u00eda sin Carro y D\u00eda sin IVA.<\/strong>&nbsp;El se\u00f1or Alcalde ha querido flexibilizar la medida,<strong>&nbsp;recortando dos horas el horario,<\/strong>&nbsp;de 6 de la ma\u00f1ana a 6 de la tarde, y&nbsp;<strong>se permite el transporte de veh\u00edculos de carga<\/strong>&nbsp;y se insta a establecer las medidas de autocuidado y autoconservaci\u00f3n debido a que a\u00fan estamos en pandemia del COVID-19\u201d, indic\u00f3 el secretario Privado de Neiva, y Alcalde encargado, Wilker Esneider Bautista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario aclar\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que&nbsp;<strong>la jornada de este jueves es sancionatoria<\/strong>, contrario a los falsos rumores que circulan en redes, de haberse modificado la medida. \u201cEl Decreto establecido desde el a\u00f1o anterior, contempla una serie de medidas sancionatorias y restricciones. Las autoridades de tr\u00e1nsito estar\u00e1n atentas el d\u00eda jueves, para que todos los neivanos pongamos nuestro grano de arena en la conservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente, pero tambi\u00e9n para que se siga reactivando la econom\u00eda\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera<strong>&nbsp;los neivanos podr\u00e1n contribuir con el medio ambiente y utilizar modos de transporte alternativos&nbsp;<\/strong>como los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos o la bicicleta e incluso el transporte p\u00fablico que estar\u00e1 disponible y con aumento de frecuencias durante la jornada laboral y posteriormente se habilitar\u00e1 el uso de veh\u00edculos particulares.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los\u00a0neivanos s\u00ed van a poder salir en sus carros y motos\u00a0a hacer compras el pr\u00f3ximo jueves con ocasi\u00f3n del D\u00eda sin IVA.
